Najah Contracting Company successful managing Health, Safety &Environmental (HSE) issues is an essential component of our business strategy. Through observance and encouragement of this Policy, we assist in protecting the environment and the overall well-being of al of our project partners, specifically, our employ- ees, clients and subcontractors In order to achieve these objectives, we will identify HSE risks arising from our activities and reduce them to the lowest practical levels. Our goal is to minimize impact to the environment and to prevent harm to our employ- ees, our clients, surrounding communitles, and all others who could be affected by those activities. Project management has a strong commitment towards an effective incident prevention program and will take ful responsibility to provide safe working conditions for al site. Management wil participate ni al HSE activities and wil demonstrate its commitment by regular presence through HSE vait on site and leading by example. Une management wil take a prooctive approach toward creating and maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.
